Now, customer support didn’t come into play for me, but La Mer’s reputation is well-established, with high praise for its customer service when issues do arise. If you have any concerns about the product, you’re likely to find responsive assistance.
As for value for money, this product is certainly on the higher end of the price spectrum. It’s important to consider whether the luxury feel and the added SPF and hydration are worth the investment for you. If you’re someone who loves treating yourself to premium skincare, it’s definitely worth a try. But if you’re simply after SPF protection and hydration, there are more affordable options available.
